For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items Kaizen Hat-Bazar sells within the specified timeframe (see below). Some exceptions may apply, including:

  • Items that are damaged or used (unless the damage occurred during shipping)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items specifically excluded from returns in the product description

Timeframe for Returns

You have ten days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected.
  • Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within ten business days.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you can return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
