Eligible Items for Return and Refund
For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items Kaizen Hat-Bazar sells within the specified timeframe (see below). Some exceptions may apply, including:
- Items that are damaged or used (unless the damage occurred during shipping)
- Items without original packaging
- Items specifically excluded from returns in the product description
Timeframe for Returns
You have ten days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on returning the item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.

- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
- We will send you a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected.
- Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within ten business days.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you can return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
